Who Can File a Grievance
Students whose data we process through a consultancy interview link, consultancy staff with platform accounts, or any other individual whose personal data we handle as a data fiduciary or processor may contact the Grievance Officer.
How to Lodge a Grievance
- Email grievance@speechintel.in with your name, contact details, and a clear description of the issue.
- Include the consultancy name (if applicable), approximate date of the interview or incident, and any reference numbers you have.
- If your concern relates to a student interview, you may also contact your consultancy first — they remain your primary point of contact for day-to-day requests.
What Happens Next
- We acknowledge your grievance within seven business days of receipt.
- We investigate the matter and may request additional information from you or your consultancy.
- We aim to provide a substantive response within thirty days. Complex matters may take longer; we will keep you informed of the status.
- If you are not satisfied with our response, you may escalate to the Data Protection Board of India as provided under the DPDP Act.
