How it works

The full workflow, end to end.

Six steps, from setting up a question bank to reviewing AI-generated results with your student.

Step 1

Build your question bank once

Add questions you use repeatedly — for IELTS speaking parts, for university admissions interviews, for visa officer simulations. Tag them by topic, by difficulty, by use case.

Your team contributes to one shared pool. Anyone can add a new question. The library compounds over time.

Step 2

Send an interview to a student

Pick a student from your list. Pick the questions you want them to answer. Choose how long the link stays active — 24 hours, a week, however long you want.

Send it via email automatically, or copy the link and share it through WhatsApp, your CRM, or in person.

Step 3

They record from any device

Your student opens the link on their phone or laptop. There's no signup, no app to install, no password to remember.

They go through a quick mic check, then answer one question at a time. They can re-record any answer until they're satisfied. The link shows them clearly when it expires.

Step 4

We handle the rest

When they finish, the platform transcribes every response and evaluates them against the rubric your evaluator team has tuned for your business.

Results are usually ready in 15 minutes. Both the student and your team see the same evaluation.

Step 5

Your team reviews

You can configure whether students see results immediately or only after your team has reviewed and approved them.

Either way, you see scores per question, scores per criterion, qualitative feedback, and suggestions for the student's next focus areas.

Step 6

Track progress

Every interview a student takes is recorded against their profile. Watch their fluency score climb across sessions. Identify the question types your cohort consistently scores low on. Plan your teaching around real data.
